Happycall takes pride of all its products, ensuring quality and consistency. Each product carries a range of innovative features with focus on design, material, construction, and safety. Upon receiving your products, please safely inspect your purchase and notify us immediately of any damage.

Return Within 30 days of Receipt

• Returns or exchanges are available for purchases on happycallusa.com only.
• Email us at sales@happycallusa.com.
• Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt of your order.
• We accept returns of product shipped within the US only.
• Authorized returns must be unused, in its original conditions with original packaging.
• The customer remains responsible for return shipping.
• No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt.
• No returns are accepted without prior written authorization.
• We are not responsible for loss or damage in transit but we’re willing to assist you in every possible manner in collecting claims.

Order Received with a damaged item

• Any damages to the product must be reported within 14 days of receipt
• Please provide a photo of the shipping damage and detailed description at sales@happycallusa.com
• Upon receipt of items, please allow 7-10 business days for evaluation and additional 4 business days for refund. Merchandise older than 30 days is not eligible for return.

Refusal of a delivery or Incorrect Address

• Refusing a package or incorrect address will incur return shipping fee.

Order Cancellation

• Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
